What payment methods are available and how much is the deposit?

Payment is requested after availability is confirmed, by card or cash according to the agreed terms. For bookings made at least one week before the trip, a 50% deposit is required. For bookings made less than one week before the trip, full payment is required. A 4% surcharge applies to card payments.

Are towels included?

Yes. Beach towels are provided on our skippered charters, along with cold drinks, a light snack and snorkeling equipment depending on the boat selected.

What tip is customary?

Gratuity is not included and remains entirely optional. If you enjoyed the crew’s service, 15–20% of the charter price is customary.

What should I bring?

Bring swimwear, sunglasses, a hat and your personal belongings. Every guest must carry a valid passport for inter-island travel. Remember any personal medication you may need.

Can we have lunch or order food on board?

Lunch is not included in the standard rate. We can reserve a beachfront table or arrange catering and selected drinks on board upon request. Simply mention your preference when booking.

What is the cancellation policy?

For cancellations received more than 7 days before departure, the amount paid is refunded in full, excluding the 4% card fee. Between 7 days and 72 hours before departure, 50% of the charter price is retained as a cancellation fee, in addition to the 4% card fee. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before departure are non-refundable.

What happens in bad weather?

For safety reasons, only the captain decides whether weather conditions require cancellation. In that case, the trip may be rescheduled subject to availability.

How is safety managed on board?

Every departure begins with a safety briefing, and each boat carries the required safety equipment. The captain always adapts the itinerary to the weather, sea conditions, local rules and guest comfort. Each boat’s maximum capacity cannot be exceeded.
