Hosting and intellectual property
The website is published through OpenAI Sites infrastructure and delivered using Cloudflare services. The Boating Concept name, logo, text, photographs, documents and visual identity may not be reproduced or commercially reused without prior written permission, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Booking terms
Request, quotation and availability
Submitting the website form is a request for availability, not a confirmed booking. Boating Concept reviews the selected boat, date, itinerary and conditions before sending an approval and payment link. A date remains available until Boating Concept confirms receipt of the required payment. The individual quotation and confirmation sent by email form part of the agreement and prevail if they contain a specific adjustment.
Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in euros. The online estimate identifies the charter or rental price, fuel package, passenger formalities, selected options, supplements and card fee.
- Card payments include a 4% processing fee.
- When the charter is booked more than seven days before departure, a 50% deposit may be requested. For a booking made less than seven days before departure, full payment is required.
- A 20% festive-period supplement applies from December 20 to January 10. A 20% late-transfer supplement applies to inter-island transfers scheduled between 4 pm and 9 am.
- Government, port, immigration or clearance charges may change independently of Boating Concept. Any confirmed change will be communicated before payment whenever possible.
Cancellation by the customer
- More than seven days before departure: full refund, excluding the 4% card fee.
- From seven days before departure down to more than 72 hours before departure: 50% of the charter price is retained, together with the 4% card fee.
- 72 hours or less before departure: 100% of the charter price is due and non-refundable; any unpaid balance must be paid.
Weather, safety and itinerary
The captain has final authority over navigation, passenger safety, itinerary and the decision to depart. The advertised itinerary is indicative and may be adapted to weather, sea conditions, port instructions, duration and passenger comfort. If the captain cancels for safety reasons, Boating Concept will first offer to reschedule the charter, subject to availability. If rescheduling is not possible, the amount paid will be refunded in full, excluding the 4% card fee, which remains non-refundable. No customer may require navigation that the captain considers unsafe or unlawful.
Passengers and documents
The customer must provide accurate passenger information and respect the boat’s maximum capacity. A valid original passport is required for each passenger travelling to Anguilla or Saint-Barthélemy. Passengers must follow the captain’s safety instructions and disclose any condition that may materially affect safe participation. Damage caused by deliberate or negligent behaviour may be charged within the limits of applicable law.
Services and options
Meals, restaurants, taxis, VIP Fast Track, SeaBob and other third-party or optional services are included only when expressly shown in the confirmed quotation. Taxi services offered through the form are available from Saint Martin only. Inter-island transfer prices are one way unless a return quotation is expressly confirmed.
Payment of the approved proposal confirms acceptance of these booking conditions, the cancellation policy and the captain’s safety authority.

Who controls your information
BOATING CONCEPT is the controller of personal information submitted through this website. Privacy requests may be sent to contact@boatingconcept.com.
Information collected
Depending on the service requested, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, chosen boat, itinerary, date, number of passengers, flight information, message, language, traffic source, booking status and payment confirmation reference. Boating Concept does not collect or store full card details; payment information is handled on the payment provider’s secure page.
Why it is used
- To answer availability requests and prepare a quotation.
- To manage approvals, payments, cancellations and customer communications.
- To organise the charter, passenger formalities, airport service and the 48-hour reminder.
- To secure the website, prevent misuse and measure commercial performance.
- To comply with accounting, maritime, immigration and other legal obligations.
Recipients and retention
Information is accessible only to Boating Concept and the service providers needed to operate the website, email delivery, hosting, payment and analytics. It is not sold. Information is retained only for the time necessary to manage the request and booking, defend legal rights and comply with mandatory accounting or regulatory retention periods.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information, or object to certain processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection authority. Contact us first at contact@boatingconcept.com so that we can respond directly.
Analytics and storage
Automatic privacy-conscious measurement
The public website measures visits and important actions to understand which pages, destinations and booking steps are useful. Google Analytics is configured without advertising storage or personalised advertising. Basic cookieless measurement may be sent automatically. The website’s internal commercial statistics use a random session identifier stored temporarily in the browser and do not place customer names, email addresses or telephone numbers in the analytics table. For new visits, the private statistics also record an approximate country, region and city supplied by the delivery network; visitors’ IP addresses are not stored in the analytics table.
Browser privacy signals
Where the browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, public analytics collection is disabled by the website. Essential security cookies are used only for the private administration area and are not advertising cookies.
Changes
If non-essential cookies or new tracking services are introduced later, this information and the applicable consent mechanism will be updated before those services are activated.
